Background

Deon was a typical spoil rich head he did not know any better from his upbring where everything was thrown at him. Giving him the feeling of being able to do anything and take advantage of the good life. He grew up carefree, arrogant, and easygoing in his own little world as his father taught him to be an open-minded Don who will one day take over the family business. Then one day as Deon and his friends were out at the world’s super mall, a domestic terrorist robs the jewelry story next to the clothing store they were in. killing his father and friends in a terrorist explosion where the debris claimed the lives of the people around him and his dad. He sees the terrorist making his escape, average joe with the ability of laser fire robbing the jewelry store of the mall mowing down cops with his ability before disappearing into the chaos of frighten people. Dion was left in a state of shock as his state of mind came to an end and his world that had been build collapsed around him.

With the Don Dead all the Capons took this as an opportunity to siege power and split Diab’s Empire for themselves. Together they made a hit on Deon’s uncle the second in command who stood in the way of their ambitions and the rest of Deon’s family who had anything close to influence and power. With most of his family gone and the people under Diab’s control dwindle as time goes on. Deon with feels of sorrow, anger, anguish and Betrayal, as his former colleagues kill and siege power form themselves. In this state of mind, Deon does the unthinkable. Through his rage he manifested his hidden power of contracts as his fathers was, but Deon’s was far more dangerous. He instantly took all the contracts under His father’s control that were turned over to him and turned them into devil’s contracts. Instantly taking over his men as they were unable to disobey his and the contract, they were under. Deon demanded their absolute obedience as his power took on a second form, Devil’s Influence. The contracts he could corrupt the people under them with his devil power twisting their body and Mind to his whim. Forming an army of Devilmen, becoming known as the Devils of Heleon’s underworld.

With his personal army he ordered them to look far and wide for the man who killed his father, and they found him before the day’s end. The man fearing for his life believing Deon would have him killed would be relieved when Deon comes into the room smiling. Deon tells the man,” I’m not going to kill you, for you showed me what power truly is and without it, your nothing as your world crumbles around you.” So now I am going to take you and share that vision with the rest of the world, with you as my powered work cow.” Deon laughed maniacally as they used extortion to force the man to sign the Devils contract which enslaved him to forever be used as the product to his rise to power. All the 30 former Capons agreed to see Deon unaware of his power and out of respect for the late Don. Once everyone had taken their seat Deon made the bold announcement that they would get back to work for him immediately with reduced pay and statue. Surprised they all laughed before they revealed they all had no intention of working with or for Deon, that they would spite and take over the family business and leave him with nothing. And that Al Capon Coco a female head gangster would take over his legacy as they continued to laugh at him. Deon with an evil chuckle under his breath, “is that so” he says before taking out the capon’s contacts to His father. They watched with confusion as he turned them into devil’s contacts before ordering them all to take their guns out and point them to the head of the person next to them. “Then the service of the people not under contract are no longer required.” “Shoot” he says with a smile as the room filled with gunshots. All but 7 people were spared from the bloodshed as their only saving grace was that the table was an octagon. Leaving only the people at the beginning of each side alive from bullet directory. Leaving 6 Capones and Capon Coco alive from which they were turned into Devilmen under the Devils Contract. For years to come Superitus and the guardian heroes of Heleon would the foil and a pose the plans of Deon’s criminal empire. Deon vows to put the world under contact and defeat his rival to power Superitus.
