Background

Before Swindler became who he was, He was Override of a Biker gang crime syndicate. He had the entire undertow district paying him money for protection and non-haunting thoughts. His District was far and in between the cities and before the social governments for the new world peace were established. He was able to get away with anything in the underground settlement until one day a Crime boss appeared from directly above. It was Deon and his mean who were taking Control of all Settlements crime and black markets. Override was first to challenge Deon and tried to take over his mind and give him bad visions, but that Deon was completely immune to him. Until he met Deon, the one person his powers did not work on, everyone submitted to free themselves from their own mental memories. Instead, Override’s mind was filled with nothing but the Devil form of Deon. This was supposed to drive him mad but to Deon’s surprise he was fascinated by his appearance laughing “So that’s what it looks like on the inside” “What a way to Swindle someone into compliance, I’ll take you up on your offer from one devil to another.” “With you I’m sure there will be new fruit for me to take. “From now on, call me Swindler” After that Swindler personally overtook two thirds of the of the undertows criminal settlements to comply with Deon and under contract of his power. To reward him, Deon made Swindler his hand of the newly named Devil of the undertow.
